★The short version

Privacy at a glance

We built Kidzolearn so families and teachers can print good worksheets without handing over personal details. Here is the summary before the full detail.

No accounts

You never sign up or log in to view or download a worksheet.

No payment details

Every worksheet is free, so we never ask for card, bank or UPI details.

Visit statistics only

Google Analytics shows us grouped numbers, such as page views. It doesn't tell us your name.

Ads by Google

Google AdSense uses cookies to show ads. You can switch off personalised ads at any time.

Email only if you write

If you email us, we use your address only to reply to you.

Made for grown-ups

Parents and teachers use the website. Children use the printed worksheets.

This summary is here to help. The numbered sections below are the full policy, and they apply if anything here seems different.

1Who we are

Who we are and what this policy covers

Kidzolearn (kidzolearn.com) is a free educational website of printable worksheets for children aged 3 to 7. Parents, teachers and homeschoolers download the worksheets as PDFs and print them on A4 paper at home or school.

In this policy, "Kidzolearn", "we", "us" and "our" mean the team that runs kidzolearn.com. "You" means anyone who visits the website. Where data protection law uses the term "data controller" or "data fiduciary", that's us for the information described here.

This policy covers kidzolearn.com and all its pages. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, or Google's own services. Those have their own privacy policies.

Questions about privacy? Email kidzolearn25@gmail.com at any time. A real person from our team reads every message.

2What we collect

Information we collect

We keep this to a minimum. Information reaches us in only two ways: automatically when you visit, or because you choose to write to us.

💻 Collected automatically

When you open a page, your browser shares technical details with our web host, Google Analytics and Google AdSense:

Your IP address, used to estimate your country or city and to block abuse
Browser, device type and operating system
Pages you view, time on each page and worksheets you download
The website or search that brought you here
Cookie and similar identifiers (see section 4)

✉️ Information you send us

If you email us or use our Contact page, we receive:

Your name, if you give it
Your email address
Whatever you write in your message

Please don't include your child's name, photo or school details in a message.

🚫 What we never ask for

An account, username or password
Card, bank or UPI details
Your phone number or home address
Your child's name, photo, age or school
3How we use it

How we use information

4Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools include tiny tracking images (web beacons or pixels) and your browser's local storage. Here's how they're used on Kidzolearn.

Swipe the table sideways to see every column →

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). Kidzolearn still works and worksheets still download, though you may need to set your cookie choices again. Blocking advertising cookies doesn't remove ads; it makes them less personalised.

To stop Google Analytics from counting your visits on any website, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5Advertising

Google AdSense and third-party advertising

Ads pay for Kidzolearn. They're the reason every worksheet stays free to download and print. We use Google AdSense to show them.

📢 How Google advertising cookies work

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website or to other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Kidzolearn and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
Other third-party vendors or ad networks approved by Google may also use cookies to serve ads on our site.

To learn more, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland

In these regions, a consent message from a Google-certified consent platform asks you to accept or refuse advertising cookies before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy and cookie settings link on our pages.

What we control, and what we don't

We choose where ads appear on our pages. Google chooses which ads are shown. We don't control the cookies Google or other ad partners set, and we don't receive your personal information from them. We see only grouped reports, such as total ad views and earnings.

A note for families: ads on Kidzolearn are meant for adults. If your child is near the screen, please help them avoid tapping ads. If you see an ad that seems wrong for a family website, email the page link and a short description to kidzolearn25@gmail.com and we'll review it with Google's ad tools.

6Children

Children's privacy

Kidzolearn is made for the adults in a child's life: parents, grandparents, teachers and homeschoolers. Children aged 3 to 7 enjoy our worksheets on paper, after a grown-up has printed them. There's nothing on the website a child needs to sign up for, type in or upload.

We don't knowingly collect personal information from children: anyone under 13 under the US COPPA rule, or under 18 under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
There are no children's accounts, chat, profiles or photo uploads anywhere on Kidzolearn.
Our worksheets never ask a child to share their name, school, age, photo or location online.
We don't knowingly use information to profile children or to target ads at them.

Think a child has sent us personal information? Please email kidzolearn25@gmail.com with "Child privacy" in the subject line. We'll delete it promptly and won't use it for anything. We also encourage parents to stay close by when young children are online.

7Sharing

Who we share information with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. It's handled only by the services that help us run Kidzolearn:

🌐 Web hosting

Our hosting provider stores the website files and short-lived server logs.

📈 Google

Google Analytics and AdSense measure visits and show ads, as described in sections 4 and 5.

📧 Email

Messages you send to kidzolearn25@gmail.com are stored by our email provider, Google Gmail.

⚖️ When the law requires

We share only what a valid legal request asks for, or what's needed to protect someone's safety.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, they use recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

If Kidzolearn is ever transferred to a new owner, this policy will keep applying to information collected before the change.

8Retention and security

How long we keep information, and how we protect it

⏳ How long we keep it

Analytics data: kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deleted by Google. The reports we keep show totals only.
Server logs: kept by our host for a short time for security, then deleted.
Emails: kept only as long as we need them to help you. Ask any time and we'll delete them.
Cookies: stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.

🛡️ How we protect it

The whole site loads over HTTPS, an encrypted connection.
Access to our website admin and email accounts is limited to the Kidzolearn team.
We keep WordPress, plugins and our accounts up to date.
No website can promise 100% security, but we take reasonable care with everything we hold.
9Your rights

Your privacy rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can do these three things today:

Turn off personalised adsVisit Google Ads Settings
Block or delete cookiesUse your browser settings
Ask about your dataEmail kidzolearn25@gmail.com

🇪🇺 Europe, UK and Switzerland

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it (including use based on legitimate interests), and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time, which doesn't affect earlier use, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

🇮🇳 India

We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules as they come into force. You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, update or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us. If we don't resolve it, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

🌎 Everywhere else

If the law where you live gives you privacy rights, write to us and we'll help you use them.

How to make a request

1Email kidzolearn25@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject.
2We may ask a simple question to confirm the request is really from you.
3We reply within one month, free of charge.

Because Kidzolearn has no accounts, we usually hold nothing that identifies you unless you've emailed us. Analytics and advertising data are held by Google, so the quickest way to manage them is through your Google settings and Google Ads Settings.

10Links and updates

Links to other websites and changes to this policy

🔗 Other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as our Instagram and Pinterest pages or Google's privacy pages. Once you leave Kidzolearn, that website's own privacy policy applies, and we aren't responsible for how it handles information.

📝 Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, the services we use or the law changes. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For a significant change, we'll also add a short notice on our homepage.

Please check this page from time to time. Using Kidzolearn after an update means the updated policy applies to your visit.

11Contact
